Welcome to gather. By using this app, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Using gather

gather is a personal relationship management tool. You must be at least 13 years old to use it. You're responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity that occurs under it.

2. Your data

You own your data. We don't claim any rights over the contacts, notes, or logs you add to gather. You can export or delete your data at any time. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your information.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use gather to:

Harass, spam, or send unsolicited messages to others
Store data about people without a lawful basis for doing so
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' data
Violate any applicable laws or regulations

4. AI features

gather uses AI (Anthropic's Claude) to generate message drafts, relationship suggestions, and other content. AI-generated content is a starting point — always review before sending. We're not responsible for the accuracy or appropriateness of AI-generated suggestions.

5. Service availability

We aim to keep gather running smoothly, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time. We'll try to give reasonable notice for significant changes.

6. Limitation of liability

gather is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We're not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of gather after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
